CAROLINA ILIC
Carolina Ilic, AICP, serves as an Advisor to the Board of Directors. Carolina is a Principal Transportation Planner with VRPA Technologies. She has worked in city and regional planning, and transportation and transit planning for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors. Prior to working at VRPA, Carolina worked at the City of Fresno Transportation Department and at the San Diego Association of Governments in various leadership roles in transportation planning. Carolina is a graduate of UCLA, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. She also holds a Masters of City Planning (MCP) from San Diego State University, and is a member of the American Planning Association (APA) American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). In addition to serving as an Advisor to the SJVMFS Board, she serves on the CenCal APA Board of Directors and on her local HOA Board.
